Pickled tofu


Mugi miso
1 cake tofu

Spread a thick layer (1-2 cm) of miso in the bottom of a bowl and place the cake of tofu on top. Spread miso layers on top of the tofu cake and around the sides. Cover the bowl with a dishcloth and let sit overnight.
Scrape the miso off the tofu before serving.
