Shoyu-ginger dressing




2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon grated ginger

Roast the sesame seeds on low heat until lightly toasted, around 5 minutes. Crush the seeds coarsely in a suribachi. Boil and slightly cool the water.
Combine the crushed seeds and water with the other ingredients and mix.
